
深圳阳极氧化废水处理及回用工程设计方案

深圳某有限公司在生产过程会产生一定量的阳极氧化废水,废水主要来源于生产过程中产生的除油、抛光、阳极氧化、封孔、染色等生产工序,该废水主要污染指标有pH、CODcr、SS、磷酸、硝酸等。
深圳某有限公司生产过程所排放废水无含镍废水,该废水含有大量的Pu3+、NO3-、SO4-以及着色废水中含有的偶氮染料等。废水中含有部分有机物,其废水的主要特点是: 水量水质变化大,呈酸性,生物降解效率低,处理难度较大等特点。

沉淀后自流入中和池,调节pH至中性,再进入臭氧氧化塔,在臭氧氧化塔中与臭氧进行接触反应,杀死细菌,致病菌等,并且氧化分解复杂有机物、色料等,形成CO2和H2O。消除臭味,降低腐蚀性物质,为后续膜处理系统做好准备。废水出水经氧化处理后自流入中转池,再将该浓盐水泵入后续回用水处理系统。

20%浓盐水进行分离单盐和多盐。NaCL和NaNO3单盐淡水水进行回用到除硬水箱;二次减量回收约98%的淡水回用;NaSO4二价高盐废水将进行超高压渗透(SWRO)进行回收50-60%的淡水回用。
