
广州奶牛养殖场废水处理方案

奶牛养殖场改、扩建后将实现存栏奶牛量3000头,养殖场采用的是干清粪工艺,大量粪渣晒干后外运作为农用肥料;废水主要来自牛粪尿、牛圈冲洗水、挤奶洗乳废水,共380m3/d,生活废水20m3/d。因此,确定该项目的设计处理量为400m3/d。具体废水水质见表1。

1、根据对本项目废水产生来源及污染物分析,该类废水水质特点是COD、BOD5、NH3-N、SS较高,是一种中高浓度的有机废水。由于BOD5/COD>0.3,可达到0.45,属于可生物降解,该类废水可生化性好,采用物化+生化处理方法能达到理想的处理效果。
